Introduction of Surface Finish 
  •  Anodizing: A secondary process method of electrolytic passivation, which can be used to increase the thickness of the oxide layer on the surface of metal parts and improve the appearance by its chemical reaction. 
  • Powder coating: A surface finish that make powder paint to attach to the surface of the product with a spray gun. It is finished by baking at a high temperature of 200 degrees.
  • Electroplating: A surface finish that utilizes electrolysis to attach a layer of metal film to the surface of metal or other material parts.
  • Laser engraving: Applying laser to engrave on the surface of the product. The density of the laser beam can be adjusted to make different effects. It's usually used for engraving text or patterns.

Country of Origin: Taiwan Surface Finish introduction Printing: Printing methods of general plastic products include water transfer printing, heat seal transfer printing, screen printing, and pad printing.    - Water transfer printing: A method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces through water's function. It mainly performs a complete transfer printing on the entire surface of an object.    - Heat seal transfer printing: The pattern is printed on a special transfer paper with special ink, and then will be transferred to the surface of the product by high heat and pressure to complete the process.    - Screen printing: Screen printing is a kind of risograph printing. The image on the mesh template is printed on the principle that part of the pigment of the picture and text passes through the mesh, and the rest of the ink is impermeable. The ink/pigment will be squeezed through a squeegee to transfer the graphic to the surface of the product to finish the process.    - Pad printing: Pad printing is a type of intaglio printing, and it is usually applied to irregular product surfaces. Before dipping the ink with the rubber head, the ink covered on the steel plate must be scraped off with a blade, and then the ink on the rubber head will be transferred to the surface of the product. Painting: A process of using spray gun to convert the required paint into a mist state and attaching it to the surface of the product.
